Day Program

The LFDP Day program is a transitional program for individuals living with a mental health condition and/or Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities transitioning into adulthood. It is our pleasure to have the Day Program as an option for individuals with IDD or living with a mental health diagnosis to learn independent living skills and develop a daily routine with us . This program provides transportation to and from the facility, breakfast and lunch. A full time licensed vocational nurse (LVN) is present, which allows for medication monitoring and other services.
Members conduct daily activities, arts and crafts, groups, and go on outings weekly.
